This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you any of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you when you access or use our website located at EPRVentures.org (the “Site”). This policy does not apply to information collected through other means (e.g., telephone, postal mail). We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
HOW EPRV RESPONDS TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS
Many newer web browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. EPRV does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Our Site may reference or provide links to third party websites. Other websites may also reference or link to our Site. Because these websites are not controlled by EPRV, we are not responsible for the third party websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site to review the privacy policies posted on every website that collects personally identifiable information. Please be aware that EPRV does not control, endorse, screen or approve, nor are we responsible for, the privacy policies or information practices of third parties or their websites or mobile applications. Visiting these other websites is at your own risk.

EPRV implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and we do not assume any liability for any damage suffered by you caused by the interception, alteration, or misuse of information during transmission that is outside of our reasonable control. Users must accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that their personal information may be intercepted in transit.
